Typically delivered over 3 to 12 months, depending on scope and level of support required.

Performance Program
A structured coaching program built over 20 years. It provides a clear, step-by-step process to set goals, take action, and stay accountable over time.
Usually delivered as a 12-month program to support sustained behaviour change.
Change and Business Improvement
Support for organisations going through growth, restructure, or operational change. Focused on embedding change, not just planning it.
Timeframes vary, but most engagements run between 3 and 12 months aligned to project stages
Managed Business Development and Planning
Strategic planning and performance systems that connect people, process, and outcomes.
Typically structured as an initial planning phase (4–8 weeks), followed by ongoing quarterly or annual support.
Alliance Coaching and
Team Alignment
Programs designed for major projects and partnerships where alignment and communication are critical.
Delivered across the life of the project, from early alignment through to completion.

in Focus
A leadership program supporting women to build confidence, set boundaries, and manage competing demands.
