Paul brings more than 40 years’ experience in senior HR and industrial relations roles across major projects and operations. He focuses on turning strategy into practical leadership action and helping people address issues early and directly.
Ryl brings over 30 years’ experience across corporate, government, and education sectors. She works closely with leaders to build capability, strengthen culture, and support long-term performance.
